New tings a gwaan fi 2018/19

By

Lime Tree Farm will shortly have a brand new website for the 2018/19 tourist season. We are making a number of changes to the property also.
Two new areas will be available to guests, Breezy Hollow (designed by my wife Tifony) and the yet to be named (by a guest?) large patio area below ‘Nyaam Inna ya’.
We are also introducing new options for budget travellers to Jamaica. As they say – watch this space.

Lime Tree Farm thanks all our guests.

A big thank you  to all our guests who made last season our most successful so far. Our total commitment to our guests having a wonderful Jamaican Blue Mountain experience has once again resulted in our 5 star Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence rating.

However in our quest to find new and entertaining pursuits for our guests we now offer the following :
[fancy-ul style=”bullet-list” variation=”black”]Massage and spa therapy, with the addition of a dedicated yoga area – ( by popular demand!)

On site camping with BBQ facilities.
Full Moon Blue Mountain Peak hike
Cinchona Botanical Gardens camping[/fancy-ul]

We have also introduced a variety of accommodation options for group bookings and catering to suit a variety of budgets.

Please bookmark  the site and check back for details or contact us with any special requests – we are very flexible.

A New Look for our Cottage named Wind

By

We recently added a new roof to one of our Blue Mountain cottages named ‘Wind’ at Lime Tree Farm, apart from looking more “Alpine” the new roof keeps the cottage cooler in the hot weather & stops the water soaking through the hurricane proof slab top during wet periods.

With over 1500 screws & bolts we’re hoping this roof can survive a hurricane – lets hope we don’t find out too soon as hurricane season is once more upon us with an estimate of 16 major storms this season in the Caribbean area.

ROOM WITH A VIEW To Die For!

By

We at Lime Tree Farm are proud to be able to announce the completion of a new room with a view to die for of Blue Mountain itself & the Cedar & Yallus Valleys. The room was added on-top of one of our existing cottages so as you can imagine the view is even more spectacular than before. Suzie our world renowned chef (my wife) & I plan to use this room in the short run whilst we rebuild the original Lime tree great house which has suffered in the past few years from considerable hurricane damage.
