We look forward to welcoming you to Lime Tree Farm. When you make your booking you are entering into an agreement with Lime Tree Farm (LTF). Please read our terms and conditions below.
Arrival and departure
Check in is available between 2.00pm and 8.00pm (1400 – 2000) on the day of arrival.
We ask that you please vacate your room by 11.00am (1100) on the day of departure.
Check in or check out outside of these times must be confirmed prior to arrival.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Cancellation by guest
If booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival the deposit will be returned, minus any transaction costs incurred.
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival or guests fail to arrive the deposit is non- refundable.
Cancellation by LTF
Should it be necessary for LTF to cancel a booking you will be notified immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
Parking is available for guests. Cars parked on the property are at the owners risk.
Change of room
If, for any reason beyond our control the room reserved becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to a room of similar quality.
Damage or breakages
We do not normally charge for breakages, accidents happen! Though LTF reserves the right to charge for any significant breakage or damage caused.
We reserve the right to charge for missing items.
All meals are prepared to order.
Please advise any particular dietary requirements or allergies prior to arrival.
All meal requirements should be made prior to arrival.
Cancellation of any meal must be made within 12 hours of serving, or will be charged at full rate.
Kitchen facilities are available from 8.00am to 8.00pm (0800 to 2000)
Keys are provided on arrival.
Lost keys will be charged at 10US$
LTF do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to guests, possessions or vehicles.
Full payment is required prior to or upon arrival.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking of any type is not permitted in the rooms or communal areas.
