This past season, given all the variables against running a business in the Blue Mountains, let alone world wide factors, Lime Tree Farm has been busy this past season.
Guests are attracted to our ‘niche’ product – well off the ( very ) beaten track, complete solitude, peace and quiet, and of course – hiking in the Blue Mountains – one of the main attractions for guests, the peak being a favourite. We were blessed recently with the company of Molly and Clarence (Chief) – a full week of great company and chat. A hike to the peak was on their to do list and for Chief, being over 70 this was to be no mean feat. To cut a long story short – he metaphorically and literally walked it! Which, in turn lead us ( over a few beers) to the idea – a T shirt – the 70 + club, presented to guests ( over 70 of course ) after completing this not to be under rated achievement.
