Cascara – Coffee Cherry Tea

One drink you must try when you’re at Lime Tree Farm is the delicious trendy new drink ‘Cascara’ or coffee cherry tea (not to be confused with ‘ cascara segrada’.)  The Blue Mountain coffee skin is removed washed and sun dried and then served as a hot or cold tea, with honey, ginger, cinnamon or nutmeg. A sweet refreshing drink with very little caffeine!
