This follows a conversation with a guest that had a less than pleasant stay at an establishment close to us. The JTB license ensures the following criteria are met –
JTB inspection to rigorous standards.
Health inspection, including in particular potable water.
Fire Department inspection.
Police inspection.
Liability insurance.
